Announcing the release of two new editions of Gem Trek maps: Canmore and Kananaskis Village (7th edition) and Kananaskis Lakes (7th edition), which were printed on waterproof and tear-proof paper by the Burke Group in Edmonton. The cartography update for both maps was done by Alaric Fish, who has worked with Gem Trek for over 20 years. Both maps were thoroughly updated, with the addition of the Great Divide Trail the most noticeable addition for those keen on mountain biking in Kananaskis Country.
With these new editions, we have introduced a new cover design, one that emphasizes the destination through a full bleed photo with keeping the distinctive “Gem Trek yellow” as a band across the top of the map.
